      Ingredients
      • 2 tbsp Infused Roux See infused roux recipe.
      • 1/4 lb Breakfast Sausage Drained of fat.
      • 1/4 cup White Onion
      • 1 cup Milk
      • 1 tbsp garlic
      • To Taste Salt
      • To Tastr Salt
      • 1 tbsp Infused Butter For desired effect
      Instructions
      1. Prepare roux and butter.
      2. In a sauce pan on medium-low heat, brown breakfast sausage.
      3. Drain sausage of fat and remove from pan.
      4. Melt infused butter in pan, saute white onions and garlic till translucent.
      5. Add milk to sauce pan, crumble in roux.
      6. While stirring and continuing to break up roux, bring gravy to a light boil.
      7. Continue stirring till gravy no longer thickens.
      8. Add sausage back into gravy, stir.
      9. Serve gravy over biscuits.
