      Ingredients
      • 2 tbsp Infused Butter Infused with the Mota Pot
      • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
      Instructions
      1. Heat sauté pan to medium low heat.
      2. Melt butter in saute pan.
      3. Add flour to melted butter.
      4. Stir with rubber spatula until butter flour mixture becomes a smooth paste.
      5. Remove roux and save for use in sauces, soups, and more.
